If your order is lost in transit or returned to us due to the unavailability of the recipient, you can choose to have your order resent or request a refund (less shipping and handling costs). Our priority is that you have a satisfactory experience with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your purchase arrives damaged you should contact us as soon as possible, although do not worry in advance because normally 99% of shipments arrive at their destination in a safe manner as they are properly protected from possible damage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The products in the order must be in perfect condition to accept the refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are shipping an item over 90 Euros you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
